How do I redeem my points as an Installer?
Log in to your web portal
Click Rewards
Choose the prize and redeem it for points
The status will show "pending"
Once GreenDeal Admin approves your request, the status will change to "redeemed"
How do I redeem my points as a Retailer?
Earning points is simple. When you earn enough points, you’re automatically awarded a Status Credit.
Status Credits make it easy for you to discover a new membership tier and a range of benefits.
GreenDeal is offering three levels of membership tiers for our retailer customers each with its own set of benefits: Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Plus as a retailer, not only you can earn this fantastic reward points, but you also earn entries in a draw to win big prizes throughout the year!
