NSW Installers: eCert CCEWs Required from 1 July 2026

From 1 July 2026, all Certificates of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEWs) in NSW must be issued through the BCNSW eCert Portal. Handwritten and PDF CCEW forms will no longer be accepted.

To make this transition as simple as possible, GreenDeal has integrated the BCNSW eCert system directly into the GreenDeal Installer App.

One-Click eCert Generation in GreenDeal

With the new eCert feature, you can:

✅ Automatically generate your CCEW using job details already captured in GreenDeal.

✅ Automatically send a copy of your CCEW to GreenDeal — no need to download and upload the PDF yourself.

✅ Automatically attach your CCEW to the Installer Checklist, simplifying your rebate application.

Please update your GreenDeal Installer App on 1 July 2026 and start using the new one-click eCert feature.

Existing CCEWs Uploaded Before 1 July 2026

If you uploaded your CCEW to GreenDeal before 1 July 2026, your existing handwritten or PDF CCEW will still be accepted for STC applications.

GreenDeal will process these jobs in the same way as previous applications. There is no need to generate or upload a new eCert CCEW to replace an existing CCEW that was uploaded before 1 July 2026.
